I had a wonderful experience working with Brunner & Sanina. I had engaged them to locate, personally inspect & establish an accurate renovation budget for potential apartments that met my specific purchase criteria before making a trip to Bezier for personal viewings. It was immensely helpful and saved me a great deal of time in narrowing down my options... this was money well spent! Francois was very responsive and was able to meet a very narrow timeline that I had established because of a last minute travel change - job well done!

We worked with Brunner & Sanina Architectes to review a building site and local urban regulations in a small town in the southwest of France. They narrowed down the search to 10 options for us to select from and did a study on our final choice to determine if the project was feasible. Their reports were delivered timeously and in language that was clear to understand in both English and French (a huge bonus!). They replied to any messages or emails without delay. We had a few follow-up video calls to discuss their findings and to address any questions. I love how creative, responsive, and efficient the team is. A big advantage is that they work internationally and can oversee a project from start to end, including the interior design. They went the extra mile and beyond to help us solve our queries. My husband and I were extremely happy with their service. Their methodology is clear and meticulous. They explain the process every step of the way and make buying and designing your home less daunting and a true pleasure. I highly recommend them!
